These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of weddingsbybeth.com (the "Website"), operated by Rajki János István e.v., a sole proprietor (egyéni vállalkozó) registered in Hungary, trading as Weddings by Beth ("we", "us", "our").
These Terms cover use of the Website only. They do not constitute, and should not be read as, a contract for wedding planning services. If you go on to book Weddings by Beth as your wedding planner, that engagement will be governed by a separate agreement made directly between you and us.
By using this Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
This Website is intended to introduce our wedding planning services, share examples of the kind of venues and settings we can help you explore in Hungary, and provide a way for you to get in touch with us. It is an informational and enquiry channel, not a booking platform — submitting the contact form does not book, reserve, or confirm anything.
Venues, photographs, and descriptions shown on this Website are provided as illustrative examples of the kinds of settings available across Hungary. Unless specifically stated otherwise, they do not represent confirmed venue partnerships, guaranteed availability, or fixed pricing. Actual venue options, availability, and costs are discussed individually with each couple.
We aim to keep the Website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all content is complete, current, or error-free at all times.
When you use our contact form, you agree to provide accurate information and to use the form for genuine enquiries only — not for spam, advertising, or any unlawful or abusive purpose. We reserve the right to disregard messages that appear to misuse the form.
